Privacy Policy

Ayodhyabhoomi Digital Services operates this platform. We are a technology-based land listing and matching service. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary in any land transaction.

From buyers: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, budget, preferred location, purpose, road connectivity preference, timeline.

From sellers: owner name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, district, tehsil, gram panchayat, gata sankhya, land area, demand value, timeline, and up to 3 photographs of the land.

From brokers: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, area of work, years of experience.

From all users: login session data, language preference, browser type.

• Aadhaar number, PAN card, or any government-issued ID
• Bank account details or payment information
• GPS location from photographs — this is automatically removed before any photo is displayed

Your phone number and WhatsApp number are hidden by default from everyone on the platform. This is how it stays hidden:

• Buyers browsing the platform see only: seller's watermarked photo, demand value, and general location (district/tehsil) — never the seller's name, phone, or exact address.
• Sellers browsing the platform see only: buyer's first name, budget, preferred location, and purpose — never the buyer's phone number or full name.
• Local land dealers see the same masked information as buyers and sellers — full names, phone numbers, WhatsApp, and exact addresses are never revealed to any user on the platform.

Personal contact information (full name, phone, WhatsApp) is never shown to any other user of the platform. When a buyer, seller, or dealer expresses interest in a listing, the platform's admin team facilitates the introduction offline through WhatsApp. Buyers and sellers never see each other's contact information directly on the platform.

When sellers upload land photos, our system automatically strips all GPS and location metadata (EXIF data) from the version displayed on the platform. A watermark ("Ayodhyabhoomi") is added to every displayed photo. The original file you upload may contain this data — do not upload photos you are not authorized to share.

We use the following services to run the platform:

• Supabase — database and login security
• Cloudinary — photo storage and automatic GPS stripping

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and do not use your data for other purposes.

• Active accounts: kept until you delete your account
• Listings inactive for 90 days: automatically archived (you can reactivate)
• Deleted accounts: fully removed within 90 days of deletion request
• Accounts with no login for 2 years: automatically deactivated and then deleted

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023:

• View your data: available in your profile and dashboard
• Edit your information: anytime from your dashboard
• Delete your account: contact us or use account settings
• Withdraw consent: deactivating your listing removes it from all broker views immediately
• File a grievance: contact our Grievance Officer below
